Terms
Timesheet is a free personal tool, provided as-is, run by one person as a side project.
It estimates; it is not payroll
The pay and take-home figures are estimates. They are not payroll, tax, or legal advice. Your employer's paystub and your own tax professional are authoritative, and where they disagree with this tool, they are right. California overtime and meal-break rules are modeled in simplified form and will not cover every situation.
Your account
- You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your account secure.
- One account per person.
- Do not abuse, probe, or overload the service.
Availability
The service may change, break, or shut down, with or without notice, and there is no uptime commitment. This is why export exists and why its format is documented: your data should outlive the service. Export it if you would miss it.
Liability
No warranty of any kind is given. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service — including a decision made on an estimate it produced.
Ending it
Deleting your account (Customize → Data) ends these terms. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
